He was a member of the following legislative committees:
• Administrative Legislation Commission, operating under the Ministry of Justice and Human Resources of the Nation, established by Ministerial Resolution No. 730 of July 25, 2000, whose purpose was to draft a preliminary bill for a National Administrative Litigation Code.
• Commission of Administrative Law Jurists, established under the jurisdiction of the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires by Decree No. 1150 of the Executive Branch of the Province of Buenos Aires, dated May 10, 1996. This commission was responsible for drafting the preliminary draft of the Administrative Litigation Procedure Code for the Province of Buenos Aires, which, with minor modifications, was enacted by the local Legislature on October 1, 1997, as Law 12,008 (Official Gazette of November 3, 1997), and subsequently amended by Law 12,310 (Official Gazette of August 9, 1999).
• Commission for the Study and Analysis of Decree-Law 7647/70 and its amendments, whose purpose is to conduct a comprehensive study of the regulations governing administrative procedure in the Province of Buenos Aires and to draft a proposal for the legislative and regulatory reforms deemed appropriate. This commission was established by Decree No. 1044/2010 of the Provincial Executive Branch.
• Commission for the Study of the Reform of Decree-Law No. 7647/70 and its amendments, established by Decree No. 661/17 of the Executive Branch of the Province of Buenos Aires and Resolution No. 06/2018 of the Legal and Technical Secretariat.
