After gaining experience in the public sector (the judiciary and public administration) as well as in the private sector (business and law firms), he joined the CASSAGNE law firm in May 2009 and was named a partner in 2015.

For more than 20 years, the firm has provided comprehensive legal counsel to public and private clients—both domestic and international—in Chile and abroad, and has led complex matters related to administrative law, government intervention, and economic regulation (complex litigation, domestic and international arbitration, administrative and enforcement proceedings in general, regulatory matters, contract and/or rate renegotiations, domestic and international public tenders, infrastructure development, etc.), across a wide range of industries (information and communication technologies, gas, electricity, oil, water and sanitation, defense, security, aviation services, airports, ports, logistics, free trade zones, finance, construction, among others).

He also has experience in domestic and international business transactions involving the acquisition of companies, generally in regulated industries (ports, defense and security, etc.). 

Since 2021, he has served on boards of directors in Argentina and abroad for a national business group involved in the production of defense and security equipment.

Since 2022, he has served as Deputy Secretary General of the Argentine Chamber for Defense and Security (CADYS).

Education and Academic Activities:

He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina, from which he graduated in 2001.

He completed postgraduate studies in telecommunications regulation at the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law (2005) and the Argentine Catholic University (2006).

He completed the Specialization Program in Economic Administrative Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (2008).

In 2009, he earned a Master's degree in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University.

He taught as a visiting professor at various universities and participated in numerous conferences and symposia as a speaker and moderator.
